With over two decades of experience in leadership positions with renowned hospitality companies across the country, Cameron’s expertise lies in fostering cohesive and high-performing teams.

Cameron’s educational journey began at Brigham Young University, where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Music Performance and Business Management. Building on this foundation, he further honed his skills and knowledge by graduating Summa Cum Laude with an MBA from Missouri State University. His MBA specialized in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, and Marketing, setting the stage for his impactful career in leadership development.

Known for his ability to identify and nurture the unique strengths of individuals, Cameron thrives on empowering people to leverage their talents in their daily lives. As a career development coach, he is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Cameron is an active volunteer  for community organizations such as the YMCA, Boy Scouts of America, and the Boys and Girls Club. Additionally, he serves as a youth leader and mentor in his local church congregation. 

In his personal life, Cameron finds joy in spending quality time with his beautiful wife and two amazing kids. As an outdoor enthusiast, he embraces any opportunity for adventure through hiking, biking, kayaking, wakeboarding, or enjoying any excuse to sit on a beach.
